Specials

Besides all the freshly prepared and delicious dishes from our restaurants, we go the extra mile to surprise you every six weeks. We do so with the ABC Specials, additional seasonal delicacies or revamped dishes. You will recognise the Specials by the Specials logo on the buffet cards. See below which Specials we currently have.

Asian
- Sweet sticky chicken, wok-fried chicken thigh in a sweet Japanese sesame sauce, topped with cashews and fresh spring onions
- Pad Thai, traditional Thai fried rice noodles with chicken, red pepper, and soy sauce

- Goat cheese salad with mixed greens, honey-thyme glaze, stewed pears, and pecans
- Steak tartare with green pesto mayonnaise, pine nuts, and grated Parmesan cheese
